Mentionwave collects publicly visible social media mentions that match your tracked entity's name and keyword variants, along with account information for registered users (email, role, and login activity).
Collected mentions are scored for sentiment and displayed on your dashboard. Account information is used solely to authenticate access and enforce role-based permissions.
Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to mentions and account data is restricted by role.
Mention data is retained for as long as your account remains active, so historical trends stay available on your dashboard.
