Acceptable use
Mentionwave is for monitoring public mentions of entities you're authorized to track. Accounts may not be used to monitor private individuals without consent or to circumvent platform terms of the services being scanned.
Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by users you invite.
Service availability
Scans run on scheduled and on-demand bases, but availability of any given platform's data depends on that platform's own API and terms — Mentionwave cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage.
Changes to service
Features, platform coverage, and pricing may change over time. Material changes will be reflected on this site.
